Sometimes I feel I do hurt my business by being too honest and let me explain that Some people come to our boutique and are so certain of their decision that there is no sway. I guess I should just go along with what they want…. instead of what they need or is suitable, and just sell them the bike..instead I confront them and try to even save them money by telling them the truth, most people take this as me being professional in what I do and follow my advice, then there is group that takes it the wrong way and sees it as attack on their ego and after argument they leave never to come back. Do I regret it, no, does it affect my business financially, yes it does, but I ask myself what’s best for my business in the long run and I sincerely believe it is important to get the correct size and type of a bike for your needs, because if I just keep selling bikes that people want, but don’t suit them, Our bikes will start popping up for sale on 2nd hand ad sites. We want the AngelCruiser be the last Bike you’ll buy!
